If you are out of our local area and require any type of computer or laptop repair or service, A Plus Computer and Laptops can help! Mail your unit to our South Florida location and we will provide you with an estimate for repair. You can then decide if you want to proceed with the service. If you decide to go forth with the recommended service, the estimate is FREE! If you decide not to repair the computer or laptop, you are only charged a $20 service fee plus the cost of return shipping to your location.
Here's how to do it:
1. Click on the links below to open and print our Repair Estimate and Repair Terms of Service forms.
2. Read the Terms of Service thoroughly. If you have any questions, please email us at
info@apluscomputerandlatops.com or call us at 1-800-864-9976.
3. Fill out he Repair Estimate Form completely. Be sure to sign and date it, and make a copy of it for your records.
4. Package your computer or laptop and your laptop power supply securely and send it to our PACKAGE RECEIVING LOCATION, below. Be sure to use a carrier that provides insurance and package tracking options, and use those services!

Once we receive your package, we typically perform all diagnostic tests within one business day and contact you for with a repair estimate before proceeding with any repairs. Once we receive your repair approval, we will start service IMMEDIATELY.
If you decide not to repair your laptop, we will repackage it and return it to you, and you will only be responsible for a $20 service fee plus return shipping and handling charges.
Please note that A Plus Computer and Laptops offers data recovery services for unrepaired or unrepairable laptops. We can get files - documents, photos, music, etc. - from your old laptop and place it on CD or DVD media so you can load and use them on your new laptop or computer. We also offer disposal services for laptops that cannot be repaired.
